At Sanesh Fashion, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our women’s apparel. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please email us immediately at info@saneshfashion.com with your Order ID.
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a 100% refund to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
- Post-Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to return the product after delivery, following our Return Policy below.
- Cancellation by Sanesh Fashion: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock, suspicion of fraudulent transaction, or pricing errors. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
- RETURN POLICY: We offer a 7-Day Return Policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Eligibility for Returns: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Receipt: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Lingerie, Swimwear, and Innerwear.
- Accessories (such as earrings or jewellery).
- Custom-made or altered items.
- Items sold during a “Clearance Sale” or marked as “Final Sale.”
- RETURN PROCESS
- Request a Return: Email us at info@saneshfashion.com within 7 days of delivery stating your Order ID and the reason for the return.
- Pickup or Self-Ship:
- Pickup: Wherever possible, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.
- Self-Ship: If our logistics partners do not cover your pin code for reverse pickup, you will be required to self-ship the product to our New Delhi address (listed below). We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to ₹100) in the form of store credit upon proof of payment.
- Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the item passes the quality check (no stains, damages, or missing tags), we will approve the refund.
- REFUND POLICY: Once your return is received and inspected:
- Prepaid Orders (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI): The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since we cannot refund cash, you will be asked to provide your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code) or UPI ID. We will transfer the money to your bank account within 5-7 business days. Alternatively, you can choose to receive Store Credit for future purchases.
- EXCHANGE POLICY: If you have size issues, we offer exchanges subject to stock availability. Please follow the same procedure as the “Return Process.” Mention in your email that you would like an exchange for a different size. If the requested size is not available, we will process a refund instead.
- DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us photos or an unboxing video clearly showing the damage/defect to info@saneshfashion.com.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
