At Sanesh Fashion, we understand how important it is to receive your purchased apparel in the finest condition and on time. We work with reputed logistics partners (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, etc.) to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Processing: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 business days) of receiving the order confirmation.
- Dispatch: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during festive sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- SHIPPING RATES:
- Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 may apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for most pin codes. A flat handling fee of **₹50** may be charged for COD orders to cover cash-handling costs charged by courier companies.
- DELIVERY ESTIMATES: Once your order is dispatched from our New Delhi warehouse, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Delhi NCR: 2 – 3 business days.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3 – 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days.
- J&K, North East & Remote Areas: 7 – 10 business days.
Please note that delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as strikes, weather conditions, or courier delays.
- ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification with the tracking details and the name of the courier partner.
- You can click on the tracking link provided to verify the status of your shipment.
- Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier’s website after receiving the dispatch email.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Currently, Sanesh Fashion ships only within India. We do not support international shipping at this moment.
- INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address including your House Number, Floor, Street Name, and correct PIN Code.
- We will not be responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
- DAMAGED PACKAGING: If the package looks tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Ask the courier executive to mark it as “Damaged/Refused” and return it. Immediately contact us at info@saneshfashion.com with your Order ID, and we will send out a replacement immediately.
